I held a short sale seminar in downtown Sarasota at the Berlin Law firm, and the turn out was better than expected. We had 31 people attend this free short sale seminar wanting to learn the differences between doing a short sale and letting the house be foreclosed on.
I plan on having another seminar in March with the Berlin Law firm, to help homeowner's understand why a short sale is usually the best way to go.
